2. Your organisation and im members

• Every organisation get im own relationship with im members. The organisation dey decide who fit join, how much dem go pay, and how dem go use the money.
• MyRegista no dey hold members’ dues as im own money, and MyRegista no be bank.
• Question about your membership, fees, or how your organisation dey spend money, take am go your organisation first.

3. Your account

• Give correct details when you register, and make sure your phone number and email dey up to date.
• You dey sign in with one-time code wey we send to your phone or email. No ever share code with anybody.
• Tell us or your organisation sharp-sharp if you think say another person dey use your account.

4. Payments

• Na Paystack dey handle online payment. Paystack own terms too dey apply when you pay.
• We go show you the amount to pay, plus any charges, before you pay.
• Anybody fit pay for member with the member number. Check the name wey show before you pay.
• Every payment wey go through get receipt wey you fit check for the app.

5. Cash payment

Officers fit record cash wey member pay dem. The officer wey record the cash na im get responsibility say e true. If cash payment wey dem record for you no correct or e no show, tell your organisation or use “Report a problem” for the app.

6. Refund and mistake

If you pay by mistake or you pay pass wetin you suppose pay, you fit ask for refund for the app. Na your organisation dey decide refund for dues. We go help if payment spoil from our side.

7. Fees for organisations

Organisations dey pay MyRegista one-time onboarding fee and monthly platform fee, as e dey for our pricing page and for the app. If bill no pay after the grace period, officers fit only see records and pay the bill until dem pay am.

8. Correct use

You no suppose:

• Use MyRegista do fraud, collect money wey no be your own, or do anything wey law no allow.
• Pretend say you be another person, or add people without their permission.
• Try enter account or records wey no be your own, or spoil the service.
• Send abusive or wayo message through MyRegista.

9. If we pause or close account

We fit pause or close account or organisation wey break these terms, wey put other people for danger, or if the law say make we do am. If we fit, we go tell you first and explain why.

10. Our responsibility

• We dey try well-well to keep MyRegista working and correct, but we no fit promise say e no go ever stop, like when network bad or we dey do maintenance.
• We no get responsibility for decision wey organisation make about im members or money, or for loss wey come from information wey dem enter wrong.
• Nothing for these terms go remove the rights wey you get under Nigerian law, including consumer protection law.

12. If we change these terms

13. Law and quarrel
